This is a 2-day workshop for Homes Place International in Warsaw , Poland . During this 2-day workshop 20 instructors attended a 1 day personal training and 1 day indoor (Spinning) cycling workshop at one of the most luxurious fitness facilities in Europe .

Recently I was invited as a guest Master Trainer at a special indoor cycling (Spinning) event in Tel Aviv, Israel . During this event 125 cycling enthusiasts attended a 3 hour indoor cycling session.
